Our Journey: From Humble Beginnings to Trusted Real Estate Excellence

Soon after its inception, NRLL launched its first project—a 2-acre residential land development in Mudukatuwa, Marawila, comprising 16 prime residential plots. All 16 plots were sold within six months, primarily to Sri Lankans living in Italy and a few local investors. This success was driven by our high-quality development standards and the exceptionally personalized service provided by our committed staff. We’re now preparing a 3.5-acre project in Dankotuwa, and currently developing another 2.5 acres in Gampaha, soon to be released exclusively to 21 premium clients.
